I finally found two long Screws to put the Bell on the Bike.
Bronze Frieze  on the Wellington Monument Phoenix Park.
I was in the  Monthly Dublin Flea Market in Newmarket Square which also Incorporates the Food Co Op on Sunday last Week and bought a Bell and a nice Saddle Cover for my new Dawes Bike From Bespoke Cyclery which has a Stall in the Market. The only problem was the Handlebars is too Thick for the Bell Fitting and I had to find long Screws to finally get it on the Bike. I had the same Problem with a Light and I had to use Plastic Ties to attach it to the Bike. I got an Orange Bell as the Bike is Silver so a Chrome Bell would be just to much Silver.

I was in the Phoenix Park on Friday for a Spin Enjoying the Autumn Sun and Stopped at this Picnic Table  for some Bananas and Water to keep up my Strength for Cycling. The Weather Changed for the Worse on Saturday and nothing but Torrential Rain since then .
I got my Groceries on Wednesday on My Dutch Bike Gerty and this is the Load I brought Home in the Two Panniers.

Rent a Bike,Phoenix Park Bike Hire,

This is the very Nice People who Run the Phoenix Park Bike for Hire. You can get Single Bikes,Tandems, Bikes with a Caboose attached that you can put a Child in and Cycle in Safety on the Cycle Paths providing you watch out for Traffic at the Junctions and Stop for them, also you can get fancy Carbon Racing Bikes or Mountain Bikes. I have been in this Park only every so often and I normally come and go through the N C R Road Entrance and so I have not seen them before. They are here for two Years now. They are at the Pargate Street Conygham Road Entrance ,across the Road from the Bus Garage just inside the Park Gates in an Old Lodge. They seem to Hire out an awful lot of Bikes,I wish them the very best in their Endeavours.

Arthur Wellesley ,The Duke of Welington

This Monument is Dedicated to Arthur Wellesley ,The Duke of Wellington who was born in Dublin in Marlborough Street. He was the British General that Helped Defeat L,Emperor Napoleon Bonapart at Waterloo in 1815.

A Monument Basically Dedicated to the British Raj. A final Peak of Imperial Capitalist Triumphalism in Ireland. I wonder what it would cost to Build Today, going on what it cost to put up a 3 Metre or 9 Foot Statue of Queen Mary on a Stone Plinth a few Days ago in the Mall beside Buckingham Palace which was £ 2,000,00 Million Sterling. This thing would have cost Today a Couple of Hundred Million as it is around 200-300 Feet in Height. Still it is a Nice Monument and Dublin would be Poorer without it. It is a Great Pity Napoleon Lost I would have liked him to Win. He is Revered in Ireland as a Great General and Hero.

Taking a Short Cut Home through the Phoenix Park

All the Pollution Causers taking a short cut through the Phoenix Park out through the Chapelizod Road Gate at around 5.30 pm.

Should be Banned,no Traffic at all should be allowed.

they have blocked off a lot of Roads to Traffic but not enough. This is a beautiful Park and should not be destroyed by Motor Traffic.
